TextSmash Tool Released

I've just released a simple new utility called TextSmash that makes it easy to combine the contents of different text files. For example, you could use it to insert an html article into an html template, and then insert a standard copyright footer. It's a very basic tool but it can come in quite handy. Read more in the Tools section.
